For over 35 years, founder Dr. Steve Buchanan has pushed the endodontic industry forward by inventing innovative products and revolutionary procedural advancements. He has a passion for teaching hands-on skills to dental professionals around the world, and he has taught hundreds of thousands of dental professionals worldwide through live-stream demonstrations and at DEL, industry meetings, and lectures.
His contributions undoubtably raise the bar of excellence in daily endodontic treatment standards.
Katie began working for Dr. Buchanan as a Registered Dental Assistant in his private endodontic practice. She was quickly promoted to work at DEL as an executive assistant, and later as VP of Business Development and Professional Education. While in this role, Katie co-launched a successful flagship product line and implemented effective strategies to gain market share in emerging markets and sustain growth in others—all while attending the Santa Barbara College of Law. After passing the California State Bar on her first attempt months after the birth of her first child, Katie practiced law before returning to DEL its COO and General Counsel.
